Following are the rules and guidelines for Death Brawl. aspiring panel members and those wishing to submit are required to read the pertinent parts, as well as existing panel members in case of a change of rules.
side note: yes, I know this is so similar to death battle, that's what a parody means.

Character submission requirements and rules:

->the charcter must be set in the world of RWBY.
->the submission is to be done on a separate deviation following the character submission template format:
Death Brawl submission- [character name]
->a character must be submitted by it's owner, regardless of who created the character. in case that the character is owned by multiple parties they must all agree to submit. if an unauthorized submission has been made on a character you claim ownership to please contact the panel.
->by submitting you grant DBProject the authority to utilize the character in Death Brawl.
->authorization for the use of the character in this series can only be taken back by an owner of the character at the time of submission.
->a person may only submit a single character at a time. they may submit a new character if and when their previous one has been featured as a fighter in an episode. in case of co-ownership of a character, all
->the panel has the authority to ban any persons from submitting any characters, as well as reject any submissions at any time.
tips: making your character more powerful will not help you win or get picked, as characters of similar power will be matched together. instead, try to make the most original and fun to work with character you can, that will maximise your chances of getting picked, and produce a more enjoyable fight for everyone. if you already have a character that you made for a fic, that's even better as having the character well established somewhere makes it easier to analyse.

Brawl Rules

these are the rules that panel members are required to take into account when performing the analysis
->the fighters can only know each other if they do in their universes
->the looser has to die, that is, the winner(s) will be decided by their ability to kill their opponent (s).
->pacifist characters will not have their nature interrupt the fight
->summoning or bringing allies to the fight is not allowed unless the character has the ability to summon the object and/or companion at any time AND/OR it fits the theme of the fight.

organization

in this section we explain how the project is expected to operate normally.
the panel consists of
-one moderator
-a vice-moderators
-an ODD number of judges
-a number of regular members.
-a writer.
it is possible for a member multiple positions, if aplicable. for instance one cannot be moderator and vice moderator, but one can be moderator and judge
1) the members suggest a matchup, which is approved by a majority vote. if majority vote cannot be achieved then the moderator picks the matchup
2)each regular makes their on analysis and who and how a fighter would win
3)the judge(s) consider the analysis and decide who the winner would be
4)the writer then writes and publishes the episode

Panel member code of conduct

think of this as a 'code of honour' that the panel members are expected to uphold.
->it is the duty of a panel member to autonomously (that is to say, on their own) produce an analysis for a given fight procuring to be as thorough as humanly possible. unless that particular member is not allowed or required to submit an analysis.
->panel members are not allowed to submit characters. any submitted characters by a panel member prior to them joining cannot be used in a brawl so long they remain in the panel. this is to prevent bias.
->panel members must always exercise impaciality  in everything regarding death brawl.
->panel members will detach themselves from the fights and promise to respect the decisions made by the moderators and judges. that does not mean that they cannot question a judge decision, so long as they do so in a calm, orderly manner.
->panel members promise to keep a composed attitude  and listen to what the others have to say, but also to speak their mind when they have something to say.
this is the earliest iteration if the rules. rules are subject to change. in case of change, panel members will be notified.

Pachumaster, do you still remember that app I submitted a year ago for Deathbattle? You know, Hannah Blidkase? If so, I was wondering if it's still possible that Hannah is still acceptable for this new Deathbattle you're creating.

P.S. Do keep in mind that Hannah Blikdase is an archived character for an NS user named, Yekrenia. While it is his character, he had gave me permission to use it; however, there are some things I cannot do unlike Yekrenia. I can't change anything on his character; I have to stay in character; anything regarding lore or character development goes to Yekrenia (via private email); no sexual/lemon content is allowed; and rules 34, 63, 64, and 65 of the internet cannot apply to Hannah Blikdase unless said otherwise by Yekrenia.
